Allergy & Dietary Concerns

Please address any allergy or dietary restrictions with us before placing your order. 

Most of our desserts include dairy, sugar, gluten, eggs, and corn.

When to Order

Most orders require a minimum of 12-15 day's notice, but more advanced notice is always recommended. 

For large orders or weddings, please inquire at least 6-8 weeks before your event.

During holidays or high volume dates, availability may be limited. 

Storage & Shelf Life

Orders are picked up Monday through Friday and will remain fresh for weekend events so long as they are properly stored. 

Cookies should be kept at room temperature until you're ready to display/serve. 

Cakes and other cold desserts should be refrigerated immediately until you're ready to display/serve. This includes cupcakes, cake pops, and chocolate covered treats.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. We get it! 

Since our products are totally custom and made-to-order, refunds and cancellations can be made 7 days or more before your pick-up date.

No refunds or changes can be made within 7 days of your pick-up date. 

Please review and understand our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. 

Inspiration & Original Work

You may provide inspiration photos which we can use as reference for color scheme, theme, or overall style.

 

We cannot offer to try and replicate other designs.

Pricing & Quotes

Pricing for custom cakes and custom cookies is not displayed online. 

Submit a Custom Order Inquiry to receive a custom quote. 

 

Custom dessert prices take into account intricacy of design, color scheme, size/quantity, time and research, materials, ingredients, experience, packaging, and costs of conducting business. All work - from mixing batters to individually packaging cookies - is done meticulously by hand. 

Prices are subject to change over time and are not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed and added to our schedule. Your date and quoted price is only confirmed once you've received your email confirmation. 

How to Pay

In most cases, full payment will be due 2 weeks prior to your fulfillment date.

Orders placed within 2 weeks of the pick-up date must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

 

For some orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book. 

Unpaid orders will be removed from our schedule past the due date. 

We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or cash.

How to Order

1. Submit the Custom Order Form to receive a custom quote.

We'll discuss your ideas and confirm details. 

2. You'll receive an email confirmation including your order details, pick-up instructions/address, payment options, and our Policies. This email confirms your order. 

3. Please arrive on-time for your no-contact pick-up. We will have your order ready with storage instructions. 

Our Home Bakery

We are a licensed home bakery located in north Fresno at Maple and Behymer

Typical Pick-Up Hours: 

Monday - Thursday

10 AM - 2 PM 

Friday

9 AM - 1 PM 

Hours may change during holidays or special occasions. 

Based on availability, we may also deliver in Fresno/Clovis for a fee
